Dissolved in water turns into a transparent liquid. Surfaces coated with an aqueous solution containing ADR SOL demonstrated screening electric field and strong virucidal and bactericidal properties, although the additive and solution did not contain biocidal agents. This effect is related to the physical interaction obtained by discharging the accumulated spatial electric charge with high dielectric loss of the dried surface.
